My Cranberry Tart with a Cocoa Crust is a big hit even with those who shy away from cranberries. Give it a try and you won't believe it gluten-free!

The adventurous baker will enjoy making this Earl Grey Custard Pie.  It is perfumed with bergamot from earl grey tea, and the perfect ending to any meal.

I created this Crustless Almond and Fig Tart when I was in need of a gluten free dessert.  It has become one of my go-to recipes because of its simplicity and versatility.  I simply slice figs, pears or stone fruit and place it on top.  Use the seasonal slice of fruit you have available, and all will be happy!

Learning how to make a fail-proof pastry crust has been invaluable.  I enjoy making this so much that I always have a stash in the freezer.  It's a great gift for the baker in your life, and you should try it this Thanksgiving season with your favorite pie filling.
