Glitter Cookie Heavenly Hash

Glitter Cookie Heavenly Hash

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/3 cup evaporated milk

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup marshmallows

9 ounce package milk chocolate mini eggs with a sugar shell

1 cup broken glitter cookies from my cookbook page 100

  1. Line all sides of a 9x9 baking pan with parchment overhanging the pan.

  2. In a microwave save bowl, stir the syrup and evaporated milk together. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

  3. Add the chocolate to the heated mixture, and stir until the chocolate is melted.

  4. Add the salt and vanilla and stir until combined.

  5. Add the powdered sugar and stir until combined.

  6. Add the marshmallows, mini eggs and cookies and fold just until combined.

  7. Spread the mixture in the parchment lined pan and smooth the top. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

  8. Use the overlapping parchment to remove from the pan, cut and serve. Store at room temperature.
