Don't stop at simply roasting and carving pumpkins.  Turn those seeds into a tasty snack that double as croutons in a salad. Your'e going to love my Roasted Pumpkin Seeds!

Fall in southeast Louisiana means beekeepers harvest their honey wich means honeycombs are available!! Satsumas begin to appear in the local markets and fruit stands.  Which brings me to my Chicken Liver Pâté with Pickled Red Onions.  I enjoy gathering with family and friends on a chilly evening huddled around our outdoor fireplace and digging through a snack platter like it's a scavenger hunt. It's basically all the flavors of fall on a platter.

There's nothing quite like a pot of slow simmering Sunday gravy.  This is my husbands specialty and yeilds enough for the neighborhood or for freezer perfect batches that make quick weeknight dinners.

Are you ready for a kitchen filled with fall aromas?  Turn this aromatic Chocolate Chunk Pumpkin batter into loaves, muffins or mini muffins for the tastiest treat to dunk in your coffee or tea. (bonus: aroma filled kitchen)

With Fall comes Halloween and Cajun Tac Tac Popcorn Balls which are a perfect sweet for sharing!
